Calls almost daily. Do not answer, they hang up

A guy saying that his name is David Parker called saying that there is some kind of fraud on my account. He also call my friend (how he got her number I have no clue). He became very angry and threatened her with 'charges.' He also told her not to 'be cute' when she began questioning him. He would not give her any information other than to say that is is emergent that I call back. My friend's brother (a REAL OFFICER of the law) said that he can not do anything to her and that is a scam. He told me to report him right away!!!

I answered one of the calls and no one was there and the call ended in seconds.

I have received calls from this number for the last several weeks. The callers have accents making their messages hard to understand. The return call number is different from the one on the caller ID. When I finally got someone on the phone, I was told that the State has filed a claim against and was taking me to court for a payday loan. When I asked for the name of the company, they hung up on me. I called again and was told the office closing and no one had time to talk to me.

They keep calling threatening to take me to court and saying there will come to our and my families house.

Swiss Fundraising Company Keep calling up to four times every day even though they have been told repeatedly that we donated a one time amount (what a mistake!), don't donate any money and please stop calling.

They keep calling and I don't know who this is. Think it may be some kind of way to get info for identity theft.

who are these calling me every 12 hrs

TRIED TO CONVIENCE ME TO GIVE THEM ALL MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SO THEY COULD GET THE RATES LOWERED. AS IF THAT WILL HAPPEN.
